Dr. David Ahearn
President | Founder | CEO
Dr. David Ahearn, DDS, has dedicated his career to making it easier for practitioners to provide great dental care. He founded Design Ergonomics, and Ergonomic Products, to Design, Equip, and Train the best dental offices across North America.
For over a decade, Monica has played a foundational role in shaping what Design Ergonomics is today. From helping dentists design their dream practices, to working with key partners, to creating our nurturing team culture, Monica is truly our Integrator.
Chrissy Cambra has enjoyed an eclectic career, which makes her an ideal person to wrangle the people, products, systems, and client needs to coordinate the development of our products.
With a background in film and theater design, Gabby knows how to successfully take a vision and turn it into reality. She loves to bring that magic to our clients at Design Ergonomics as she takes the ideas a client has for their new practice and brings it to life.
Ed has been with the company since the very beginning, designing and building dental solutions with Dr. Ahearn since 1995. In his spare time, he loves to restore and ride vintage motorcycles.
Chelsea joined Design Ergonomics in 2018 as a Sales Assistant and has grown into an amazing leader for our Sales Team. Her consistent follow-through and persistent focus on client satisfaction are a true blessing to our team and our clients.
Mike joined the company in 2010, and started out doing packaging, shipping, and working with suppliers. Over the years, Mike has grown into the role of Factory Manager where he manages the team, inventory, and tools necessary to produce our industry-leading dental equipment.
Customer Service Manager
Daniela joined Design Ergonomics in 2020 as a Customer Service Representative. She now leads the Customer Service Department and manages the Shipping Department. She handles with ease all of the freight operations related to vendors and clients, and is committed to our Core Value of 100% customer satisfaction, 100% of the time.

Paul and the Marketing Team focus on creating content to help our clients understand how systems improve the lives of dentists and the patients they serve.
