As we close out another incredible year at Design Ergonomics, we are taking a moment to reflect on what our team has accomplished, inside the company and throughout the Fall River community.
From small acts of kindness to meaningful company initiatives, this year has reminded us of the power that comes from people coming together with a shared purpose.

This year, we introduced Wellness Wednesdays, a once-a-month opportunity to step away from our desks to reset, recharge, and reconnect. Whether we were stretching after a long day, sparking creativity, or simply taking a moment to breathe, these small breaks made a meaningful difference.
Some of our favorite themes included:
• Pause with Popsicles
• Walk with Watermelon
• Trick-or-Treat Yourself
This year we launched a company-wide sustainability initiative, starting with a simple, meaningful change: switching to 100% recycled copy paper. Over the following months, we introduced additional eco-friendly practices, tips and team challenges to help reduce our environmental footprint.
This is only the beginning, and we look forward to continuing to build a greener future!
Our commitment to well-being extended into financial wellness through our SmartDollar competition. This year, our team achieved:
• 73 percent participation
• $46,220 saved
• $100,460 in debt eliminated
Financial stability has a meaningful impact on everyday life, and we’re proud of how our team showed up for themselves and for each other.

Our annual cookout challenge was another highlight, with good food, friendly competition, and a great way for departments to connect outside the day-to-day.
Congratulations to Santa’s Helpers for taking the top spot this year. More than anything, it was a reminder of how much we value working together.

This fall, we partnered with the Greater Fall River Community Food Pantry to collect food and clothing for families preparing for the colder months and the Thanksgiving season.
Thanks to the generosity of our team, we filled the donation bins with nonperishable food, warm clothing, and essential items for families of all sizes. Our goal was full team participation, and our team exceeded it.

To show our appreciation for our local first responders, we delivered a Thanksgiving meal to the Fall River Fire Department as a small token of gratitude for their service and dedication.
We also celebrated together at the office with a team meal, an assortment of pies, and our Hands Full of Thanks board, where we reflected on the things we appreciate most.

In December, our team gathered toys, stocking stuffers, hats, mittens, board games and gift cards for Citizens for Citizens, which provides holiday gifts to children across Fall River. CFC supports children from newborn to age 12, ensuring each receives gifts and essentials to brighten their holiday season.
We believe a well-designed practice does more than improve efficiency. With the right tools and systems, practices can serve patients better and strengthen their communities.
Throughout the year, we have seen this impact firsthand through the work of our clients. From practices hosting Dentistry From The Heart events to teams volunteering their time and skills locally and abroad, these efforts reflect what is possible when operational excellence meets purpose.
We are especially proud to support work being done through World Mission Partners at El Buen Samaritano Hospital in the Dominican Republic, where improved systems and thoughtful design help care teams deliver quality dentistry to underserved communities. Seeing practices come together in service reinforces why this work matters.
Our purpose is to build top dental practices across North America and inspire them to donate one day of care each year. Through the systems we help implement, practices have delivered more than 40 million dollars in additional annual care, benefiting patients and communities worldwide.
We are proud of the generosity and care our team brought to every initiative this year. These efforts reflect the heart of Design Ergonomics and strengthen both our workplace and the community around us. Thank you to all who have made 2025 a year of meaningful impact. We are ready to show up for another year. Here's to 2026 and exciting projects ahead!
