My first ever podcast is here. I was honored to accept an invitation to speak with Dr. John Meis on his “Double Your Production” Podcast. I was a little nervous so you may hear a few umms and such, but I assure you it is worth the download. Take a listen as Dr. John Meis and I discuss bottlenecks in the dental practice and how Reboot Practice Productivity Training will increase efficiency in your clinical department and is g
uaranteed to increase your production per hour in four months. You’ll also hear a bit more about how I got started in dentistry and where I am today.

I spent some time with Dr. Meis at his Champions of Dentistry Summit in Orlando, Florida. I willingly represented Design Ergonomics and Reboot Practice Productivity Training as sponsors for the event.

For those who may not know him, Dr. John Meis is very well respected in the business of dentistry. He was the founder of The Team Training Institute; an innovator in practice management, marketing, leadership, and team development who at his peak was producing in the top 1% of dentists in the United States. He multiplied his 1 practice into 6 and is currently a partner in more than 180 dental practices, playing a key role - visiting, coaching and innovating on the ground in these practices. Dr. Meis partnered with “The World’s Most Famous Hygienist”, Wendy Briggs.  She has worked with over 3,700 dental practice around the world. Together, they’ve developed an awesome approach to creating a bulletproof dental practice.

I enjoyed speaking to Dr. Meis! He believes in our dental office design concepts at Design Ergonomics, and is on board with our ergonomic dental equipment at Ergonomic Products, but most of all, he appreciates the why. Designs and equipment are necessary to call yourself a dental practice but it is the processes you put in place that will define the success of your practice. Dr. Meis and I chat about the pain many dentists suffer due to inefficiencies. He humbly reveals his own grievances within his practices and conveys the value in Reboot Practice Productivity Training. Waste is something that can be eliminated. It is my job to make it happen.  TODAY!
